| Well Looky Looky |
Last Saturday I went to see Interpol at Janus Landings in St. Petersburg. They totally rocked! There were a few interesting things that happened. First, when I was standing outside waiting to get in, a bird shit on me. It was very disgusting, so I ran into a bar that was next door and a begged to use the bathroom. Once they saw my arm they were more than happy to oblige. Next I had to go to the bathrooms, which were Port -O- Potties. So I waited until a stall was open, I walk in and try to lock the door. I couldn't find the lock, so I took my phone and opened it up so I had light. Guess what.... NO LOCK!!!! So I figure oh well if someone opens and sees me fuck'em. Then I took my phone and I moved it above the toilet seat, I saw where everyone had peed on them. So I looked for toilet paper to put on the set. I actually found some that had not been peed on (Luckily). I finally peed and left... Thankfully nobody walked in on me.
The person that I went with hardly talked, so I amused myself by listening to other conversations and talking with people around me. One of the funniest conversations that I heard was the person complaining about the music that they were playing before the bands went on stage. Quote "The music that they are playing does not harmonize with the group dynamics". I laughed so bad, she was trying to sound so smart. The people in front of me were awesome, they shared their beer! Just to let you know if you ever need to get into a big crowd and you want people to respect you, just walk with two or three beers in your hand, and the crowd will move. I drank to numb my legs and feet because they were hurting so bad from standing for 5 hours. That didn't work. But Beer is always good! |
